Today in the World of Holli

Awards ceremony was today. I got the highest overall average. :) Pretty cool.
Mom and I went to Red Robin and got burgers. Then we went to the craft store.
I got these cool scrapbook papers that would be cool as backdrops for pictures. I could post some later, maybe.

Excuse this boring post. It's a really uneventful day, except for the awards ceremony.

IT'S THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL.
Finally. I'm glad it's over, I'll just be sad that I won't be able to see my friends anymore.
$teph, Steven, and Savannah are coming over again today.
This is ******* awesome.
Hopefully over the weekend I can post more pictures and posts. But keep in mind that I have a violin concert and an award ceremony.

New Doll Alert!

 Today I went to Walmart. Checking in the doll's aisle, I found this doll: Catrine DeMew. She's a French werecat artist. Cool.

 So...this is the doll. She really is epic. She has a tail. A TAIL. THAT IS AMAZING. Catrine has this stripey shirt and skirt with a scard around her neck.. She wears little black gloves. Catrine also has a tool belt, which includes some chalk and paintbrushes. I also should mention that Catrine is a Walmart exclusive. You can only get her at Walmart.

 She has a pretty face, with a purple nose, blue eyes with pink eyeshadow, a beauty mark on her cheek,and lavender colored lips. The paint on her lips is chipped :( Catrine wears her sunglasses on her head.

 Catrine comes with a bag, a stand, and a sketchbook. Her tail can come off, and it's a pain to put on (my Dad had to put it on for me :P).

 Overall, Catrine DeMew is an awesome doll that I'VE WANTED FOREVER. It's nice to finally get her. I'd recommend getting her, if you're in to cats. I, personally, don't really like cats, but Catrine is an exception. But I don't like her chipped lips and difficult tail. I also don't like that you cant bend it. (same for the Werecat Twins). I give her a 9/10/ :D

 ~*Bonus*~ I really, really like her shoes. The heel is made of paintbrushes, the bottom part (whatever the heck it's called) is made of chalk. It has rose detailing at the top, too.

Punked out Barbie

Barbies + boredom = these. Regular old Barbies stink. These are cool.

 I dyed her hair with a blue marker. I think it looks pretty awesome.

 I gave her piercings with wire. Just cut little pieces, bend them, and shove them in the doll's face. XD
For the little ones (like on her nose) just shove a piece of wire in her face. Cruel but worth it. :)

 This one is one of my favorites. She has rainbow hair (also dyed with markers). I gave her tattoos with a marker, too, but $teph decked them out with some paint.

 I gave her piercings, like all of them. She has little studs in her ears and a (crooked) necklace.

 This is another one of my favorites. I gave her a head scarf because she has a really bad haircut. Like, really bad. Like huge honkin' bald spot bad.

 Looks pretty normal, huh? A few piercings, pink hai-

 AHH HOLY NUTS! Yep, I gave her a scar on her eye just for the heck of it. I used a knife and a colored pencil. Looks cool. Yay. Walrus. Yes, walrus

 This is a cool one. $teph actually did this one. She gave her a dragon-like tattoo with paint that stretches across nearly her whole body. Her hair is dyed with paint (so it's a bit stiff). Her lips are painted black and her eyes are lined. Pretty much a goth. She has the whole fishnet-scary-revealing-outfit thing down pat.

 I jacked up her nose when I was little XD She has a wire headband (courtesy of yours truly). Yeah, it is a bit messy but she still looks awesome. Good job, $teph!

 This girl right here is one of the more girly ones. She has a dress that I found somewhere, and a shoe malfunction. D:

 I gave her a quick nose piercing too. She not really one of my favorites, but her hair is really soft ^_^

 This one is pretty cool. She has a headband. I like it. MEEP

 If you look closely, she has chin piercings and faint pink streaks in her hair.

 Group shot. Funny thing: I tried to take this picture really fast because there was this bug with a lot of legs so  I had to run away. :P I'm a wimp when it comes to bugs.

 A bonus shot of my feet. I was wearing my pajayjays when I took the pictures. COMFINESS FTW! That means for the win, in case you are a dingus :)

Saturday and Updates

Herro friends! It's finally Saturday. Finally. FINALLY.
It's almost the end of the school year. Like three more days. THREE HALF DAYS.

I'm excited because my friends Stephanie, Steven, and Savannah are coming.
(all s's hehe)
We're probably just gonna play Minecraft for like 4 hours. Fun.

Cute Mini Crafty Stuff!

 Hey everyone. I made this last night. It's supposed to be a bunch of craft stuff for a doll or something. I like it. It contains two little containers full of beads and rhinestones (I got them from the Christmas Tree Shop), a teddy bear (from AC Moore), two springs that I made with wire and pliers, a tiny pearl necklace, and a clay Pikachu (made by me :D).

 *Sorry for the bad picture :P* The top of this has a belt (made of a ribbon, a little square thing, and a rhinestone), 2 little clay buttons, 2 needles, two springs, and two tiny rhinestones.

A little cup of beads is sitting right there, along with a closer view of the spring and pearl necklace.
